We tend to forget that they exist, but yes, stadiums have facades too. And though we do not see them on television, there are quite a few fine ones around. We have collected a series of photos from classic stadium facades. Not the shiny ones of the latest crop of stadiums, but those of the past. Ranging from the old British stands designed by Archibald Leitch in the first decades of the 20th century to the more recent award winning design of Taillibert’s Parc de Princes.
