History and description
Estádio Orlando Scarpelli opened on 12 June 1960 with a match between Figueirense and Altético-SC. The stadium was still far from finished though, and it took several more years for the works to get completed.
In the following decades few changes were made until the stadium received several refurbishments in the period between 1999 and 2005.
How to get to Estadio Orlando Scarpelli
Estádio Orlando Scarpelli is located on the western side of the city of Florianópolis, about 3 kilometres from the city centre and central bus terminal, which both lie on the eastern island side.
Take a taxi, or inquire about local bus connections. Bus 630 and 663 run from the central bus terminal in the centre (Ticen). Get off at the Rua Coronel Pedro Demoro.

Figueirense Tickets
Tickets for Figueirense games can be bought online via Futebolcard.com, or at the ticket windows of Estádio Orlando Scarpelli (from a few days before the match).
Tickets can also be bought at the gates of the stadium on the day of the match. Figueirense will only sell out the occasional very high-profile match.
Ticket prices depend on the opponent but expect to pay from R$20.00 for an uncovered seat to R$60.00 for a seat at the covered main stand.
